Illinois Licensed Clinical Counselor
Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Counselor will provide outpatient mental health services remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients through telehealth platforms
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality in a remote setting
Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in counseling or a related field
- Current and unrestricted Illinois licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
