Job Summary
To support the launch of adult substance use disorder services, an Illinois Licensed Clinical Director will provide part-time, flexible consulting expertise primarily in a remote capacity, focusing on evaluating clinical systems and ensuring compliance with Illinois regulations prior to program initiation.
Key responsibilities
- Advise leadership on the clinical implementation of Illinois Part 2060 requirements
- Evaluate proposed clinical systems for safe and compliant service delivery
- Identify clinical-readiness gaps that should be resolved before the program opens
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related behavioral health discipline
- Active and unrestricted Illinois LCSW or LCPC license in good standing
- At least five years of behavioral health clinical experience
- At least two years of clinical supervision, program management, or department-level leadership experience
- Direct knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and experience applying ASAM Criteria
