Illinois Licensed Clinical Director
Job Summary
To support the launch of adult substance use disorder services, an Illinois Licensed Clinical Director will provide part-time, flexible consulting expertise primarily in a remote capacity, advising on clinical implementation, evaluating proposed systems, and ensuring compliance with Illinois regulations prior to program launch.
Key responsibilities
- Advise leadership on the clinical implementation of Illinois Part 2060 requirements
- Evaluate proposed clinical systems to ensure safe and compliant service delivery
- Identify clinical-readiness gaps and provide guidance for operational launch
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active and unrestricted Illinois LCSW or LCPC license in good standing
- At least five years of behavioral health clinical experience
- Minimum of two years in clinical supervision, program management, or leadership roles
- Direct knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and experience applying ASAM Criteria
