Job Summary
Conducting concurrent reviews of clinical cases, the part-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Review Nurse will assess the appropriateness of care, collaborate with healthcare providers, and ensure compliance with healthcare policies, with flexible remote or onsite working options available.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct concurrent reviews of clinical cases to evaluate the appropriateness of care
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to assess patient records and treatment plans
- Document findings and communicate recommendations while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Required qualifications
- Active nursing license (e.g., RN, LPN, or equivalent)
- Clinical review certification preferred
- Experience in clinical case review and compliance standards
- Ability to prioritize cases based on urgency and clinical significance
- Flexible availability for Thursday through Monday shifts from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM CST
