Job Summary
Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage client care and treatment planning while working remotely with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments

Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work and current Illinois licensure as a Clinical Social Worker

- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
