Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work remotely, managing patient care, treatment planning, and utilizing technology to support clients' mental health needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients, providing therapy and support through telehealth services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while ensuring patient privacy and safety

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and current Illinois licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Ability to work effectively with telehealth technology and communication tools
