Job Summary
To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage patient care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options and benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient mental health services via telehealth, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs

Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in social work and current Illinois licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning

- Ability to utilize telehealth technology and internal communication tools effectively
