Job Summary
To enhance user proficiency in Electronic Medical Records, the full-time Illinois Licensed Epic Trainer will provide training and support for new hires and existing staff, collaborate with the IT Build Team, and develop tailored training materials in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide EPIC training to new hires and individual assistance for optimization as needed
- Collaborate with the IT Build Team to ensure training and resource needs are met during design/build/validate processes
- Design training plans and learning objectives based on role and discipline workflows
Required qualifications
- Epic Certification - EPICEPIC
- Driver's License - Illinois Secretary of State (ILSOS)
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Technologies, Education, or a related field
- Experience in learning and development
