Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Insurance Agent - Sales will educate prospective customers on pet insurance products, identify their needs, and recommend suitable coverage options to convert them into policyholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilize consultative selling techniques to engage with prospective customers and convert leads into policyholders
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective closing techniques and managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales effectiveness and compliance with industry regulations

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of sales, call center, or relevant experience preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
