Illinois Licensed Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Illinois Licensed Licensing Specialist will manage licensure applications for new physicians, ensuring compliance and timely onboarding while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage licensing processes end-to-end, including initiation, tracking, and communication of all licensing activities and expenses
• Ensure new specialists have necessary licensure applications completed by their planned start date and maintain compliance for current specialists
• Communicate effectively with physicians and teams regarding licensing processes and support specialists with state board applications

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with physician license applications, including multi-state experience (IMLC and State Boards)
• Established contacts and relationships with state boards and the IMLC
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to articulate next steps clearly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with effective time management and multi-tasking abilities
