Job Summary

Working remotely from home, the full-time Illinois Licensed Litigation Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving attorney/litigation claims, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate fair injury settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate casualty claims by performing detailed reviews of damages and interpreting insurance policies
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels to manage claims
• Negotiate settlements for bodily injury claims to reach fair agreements with all parties involved

Required qualifications

• Illinois license as a Litigation Adjuster
• Experience in handling automobile accident claims with a focus on bodily injury
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims effectively
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for claims management
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage determination
