Illinois Licensed Medical Reviewer

Job Summary

To ensure adherence to regulatory guidance and protocols, the part-time Illinois Licensed Medical Reviewer will review safety-related data from clinical trials, identify potential trends, and provide timely assessments while working remotely from North Chicago, IL.

Key responsibilities

• Review safety-related data from clinical trials for content, quality, and adherence to regulatory guidelines
• Participate in safety surveillance activities, including the assessment of labs, vital signs, and medical history
• Provide medical support for adverse event reporting and assist in the preparation of documentation for regulatory submissions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related health science field; RN or Pharm D licensure required
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience, with bedside patient care experience required
• At least 1 year of drug safety experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to present medically sound safety data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
