Key responsibilities

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

Required qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- State license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Illinois
