Illinois Licensed Partner Success Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance partner community relationships, the full-time Illinois Licensed Partner Success Specialist will manage onboarding processes, provide ongoing support, and ensure partners fully utilize pharmacy services while working remotely from designated areas such as Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, or Cedar Rapids.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and demonstrate value
- Manage partner retention efforts and serve as the Voice of the Partner
- Conduct community visits and participate in professional events to drive market share and client engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare or Pharmacy Long Term Care (LTC) account management
- Minimum of 2 years of account management experience, ideally in a Pharmacy LTC environment
- Project management certification preferred
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel
