Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time Illinois Licensed Personal Injury Paralegal will manage a prelitigation caseload from intake through settlement, serve as a primary point of contact for clients, and ensure effective communication with all parties involved while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a prelitigation personal injury caseload and provide regular case updates to clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers while addressing any issues that arise
• Draft settlement demand letters and maintain accurate case notes and tasks in a technology-driven environment

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury prelitigation experience preferred
• Experience independently managing a personal injury caseload
• Comfortable using technology, automation, and AI tools, with Litify experience being a major plus
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to case management
