Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time Illinois Licensed Personal Injury Paralegal will manage a prelitigation caseload from intake through settlement, serve as a primary point of contact for clients, and utilize technology to ensure efficient case progression while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a prelitigation personal injury caseload, providing proactive updates to clients and monitoring medical treatment
• Request, organize, and review case documentation, ensuring completeness and timely progression toward settlement
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to evaluate cases, identify issues, and develop effective case strategies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury prelitigation experience preferred
• Experience managing a personal injury caseload independently
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in using technology, including experience with Litify as a major plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
