Job Summary
Providing exemplary support in a fully remote capacity, the Illinois Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, while ensuring high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phones and deliver excellent customer service while processing high volumes of inquiries
- Review voicemails and emails, responding promptly and professionally to pharmacy communications
- Adjudicate insurance claims and assist with urgent resident needs by processing STATs and backups
Required qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a pharmacy, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating professionalism in high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
- Knowledge of FrameworkLTC / FrameworkECM is a plus
