Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Illinois Licensed PMHNP will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to children, teens, and young adults through telehealth, focusing on evidence-based, family-centered treatment while collaborating with an integrated care team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop diagnostic formulations
- Create individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients and families
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications while monitoring effectiveness and safety
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Illinois PMHNP license
- PMHNP-BC board certification
- Active DEA license
- Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program
- Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families
