Job Summary
To provide evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders, the full-time or part-time Illinois Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct telehealth evaluations, prescribe medications, and collaborate with a dedicated care team in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
- Deliver care for both substance use and mental health conditions
- Prescribe medications as appropriate and answer member questions
Required Qualifications
- Active and verifiable PMHNP license in Illinois
- At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment
- Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
- Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps
