Job Summary

Providing clinical intervention for members with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and mental health disorders, the full-time Illinois Licensed Recovery Counselor will work remotely to co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups and deliver evidence-based services using telehealth platforms.

Key responsibilities
  • Co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups and support groups related to SUD topics
  • Utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques in both group and individual formats
  • Prepare documentation in accordance with organizational and state standards while completing evaluations for program enrollment
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Independent clinical Illinois state licensure (LCSW or LMFT) is required
  • At least one year of experience providing SUD services in an inpatient or outpatient setting
  • Fluency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) skills
  • Ability to manage crisis interventions remotely and facilitate therapeutic groups
