To support women's health initiatives, the part-time contract Illinois Licensed Registered Dietitian will analyze patient assessments, conduct nutrition counseling via video, and collaborate with healthcare providers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze intake assessments including medical history and dietary habits
- Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling sessions and provide education via video
- Maintain accurate patient records and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- Current certification as a Registered Dietitian from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Open to feedback and eager to learn within a supportive care team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate approach
- Comfortable using multiple platforms, including EMR systems and telehealth tools
- Prior experience with nutrition counseling or telemedicine is a plus but not required
