Job Summary

To support a growing women's health practice, the full-time Illinois Licensed Registered Dietitian will analyze intake assessments, conduct diet and lifestyle counseling via video, and collaborate with medical professionals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history and dietary habits, to provide tailored nutrition care
• Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling sessions, offering advice on nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management
• Maintain accurate patient records and respond to inquiries and administrative tasks in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• Current certification as a Registered Dietitian from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Open to feedback and eager to learn, with a commitment to evidence-based practice
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building trust in a virtual setting
• Comfortable using various platforms, including EMR systems and telehealth tools
• At least one active state license in a state of need
