Job Summary
Supporting members through their Surgery Care journey, the part-time Illinois Licensed Registered Nurse I will execute core workflows, maintain documentation, and coordinate care while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct clinical intake and assess member appropriateness for the Surgery Care program
- Coordinate case pathways, including scheduling and obtaining necessary clinical documentation
- Serve as a clinical point of contact for assigned Centers of Excellence (COEs) and ensure efficient communication throughout the care process
Required qualifications
- Active multi-state Registered Nurse licensure
- BSN or RN with a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of Clinical Acute Care Experience, or AAS/ADN with 5-6 years of Clinical Acute Care Experience
- Clinical experience in surgery or a related specialty preferred
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Availability to work a Monday to Friday schedule between 9 AM and 5:30 PM CST
