Job Summary
To ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards in human subject research, the full-time Illinois Licensed Research Compliance Analyst will perform comprehensive analysis, provide educational support, and act as a liaison between research teams and Institutional Review Boards, working onsite in Peoria, Illinois.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation of clinical research protocols and regulatory materials
- Develop and provide educational and consultative support to research teams and stakeholders
- Ensure institutional compliance with regulations, laws, and ethical principles governing human subject research
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in research regulatory compliance or a related field
- Current research professional certification (e.g., CCRP, CCRC, CHRC, or CIP)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and research-related databases/software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while meeting deadlines
