Illinois Licensed Revenue Cycle Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance revenue cycle efficiency, the full-time salaried Illinois Licensed Revenue Cycle Process Improvement Analyst will lead continuous improvement projects, analyze business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working flexibly with some onsite commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects by identifying process breakdowns and recommending corrective actions
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of process changes and make necessary adjustments
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, preferably in a large health system
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement or analytics roles
- 2+ years of Epic experience in a leadership or analyst capacity
- CRCR certification required or must be obtained within 3-6 months
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
