Job Summary
Providing professional nursing care in Natural Family Planning, the full-time hourly Illinois Licensed RN Fertility Care will manage patient education visits and inbasket management while working three days onsite and two days remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care based on established standards and the Creighton Model for fertility education
- Serve as a community resource for education and awareness on the Creighton Model FertilityCare
- Coordinate in-person education visits and manage remote patient care tasks
Required qualifications
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in Illinois
- Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS certification
- Completion of two-phase training (EPI and EPII) with supervised practicums after hire
- Support for Catholic ethical and religious directives for healthcare providers
- Practices the Creighton Model or monitors fertility using a natural method
