Illinois Licensed RN Medical Reviewer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Illinois Licensed RN Medical Reviewer will collect, review, and process medical device adverse event reports while ensuring compliance with global regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and assess complaints and reports related to medical device adverse events and deficiencies
- Perform medical assessments and escalate issues to the MDS physician as necessary
- Support audits and inspections while mentoring Medical Device Safety staff on safety activities
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of residence
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree
- 2-3 years of clinical RN experience
- Experience with medical devices and understanding of medical device regulations
- Familiarity with EU MDR 2017/745 and FDA medical device regulations preferred
