Job Summary
Providing strategic legal support to business teams, the full-time remote Illinois Licensed Senior Legal Counsel will manage commercial contracts, advise on regulatory compliance, and mitigate legal risks within the pharmaceutical packaging and drug delivery sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as primary legal support for designated Pharma business teams, translating legal risks into business recommendations
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including customer, supply, and confidentiality agreements
- Advise on legal issues related to pharmaceutical regulations and support compliance initiatives
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 6-10 years of relevant legal experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or highly regulated industries
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulatory environments
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
