Illinois Licensed Senior Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end real estate transaction activities for a complex portfolio of properties, the full-time Illinois Licensed Senior Transaction Manager will lead lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and space disposals while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and direct complex real estate transactions, including site selection, financial analysis, and contract negotiations
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently, ensuring organized execution of transaction strategies
• Prepare and analyze financial assessments to advise clients on portfolio-wide transaction strategies for real estate properties

Required qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in the state of Illinois
• 6+ years of experience in real estate transactions, with a minimum of 5 years in portfolio management
• Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
• Global experience required; retail experience preferred
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with project management tools like Smartsheet preferred
