Illinois Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to K-12 students across Illinois.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver individualized speech therapy services to students online
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with Illinois state regulations and federal guidelines for special education
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois SLP license (required)
- Previous experience working in schools or with children in a clinical setting
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Comfortable with virtual platforms and technology in therapy sessions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
