Job Summary

Seeking an Illinois Licensed Telemedicine Physician, the part-time contract role will conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care
• Maintain accurate patient records and respond to patient inquiries with clarity and care

Required qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Active national board certification in Internal or Family Medicine
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an Internal or Family Medicine Physician focusing on women's health
• Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment
• Active, unrestricted professional licenses in one or more U.S. states, with multistate licensure preferred
