Job Summary
Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Telepsychiatrist, the full-time Illinois Licensed Telepsychiatrist will provide remote outpatient psychiatric care to diverse populations, focusing on patients across the lifespan, including adolescents and pediatrics, with clinic hours Monday to Friday and occasional weekend call.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver virtual psychiatric care to patients in a remote setting
- Manage patient consultations and treatment plans across various age groups
- Collaborate with a virtual outpatient psychiatry team to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- Physician licensed to practice medicine in Illinois
- Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration to prescribe narcotics
- Eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
- Must meet qualifications for malpractice and liability coverage participation
