Illinois Licensed Virtual Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Illinois Licensed Virtual Therapist will conduct individual and group therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on mood, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders
- Complete clinical paperwork and administrative tasks, including treatment plans and progress notes for each patient
- Attend treatment team meetings to coordinate patient care and provide training to less experienced teammates
Required qualifications
- Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Independent mental health license required to practice individual therapy in Illinois
- At least 2 years of experience managing individual and/or family caseloads, with documented success in treatment
- Experience facilitating individual and family therapy sessions
- Familiarity with telehealth technology and ability to adapt to new software quickly
