Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve complex workers compensation claims while ensuring effective communication with all parties involved.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
- Interact extensively with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support claim outcomes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
