Imaging Applications Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance workflow and patient safety, the full-time Imaging Applications Analyst will manage application software analysis, design, implementation, and support while working remotely and collaborating with clinical and administrative staff.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct project management activities and improve existing systems through analysis and implementation of enhancements
• Consult extensively with clinical staff and administrative users to assist in the effective use of applications
• Evaluate systems and processes to ensure alignment with departmental workflows and patient safety standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
• Experience with clinical information systems implementation and project management
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hospital operations
• ITIL course completion within one year of hire
• High level of expertise using computer tools in a clinical setting
