Imaging Research Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the coordination of site and operational activities throughout the clinical imaging study lifecycle, the full-time Imaging Research Associate I will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality study data and service deliverables while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate site and operational activities, including study start-up and preparation of study materials
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies, conduct logistical edit checks, and perform image quality control activities
• Manage site communications, generate reports, and maintain accurate information within the study database

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in bioscience, computer science, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with standard software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines is preferred
• Ability to navigate computer networks and manage electronic files effectively
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines
