Imaging Scheduler

Job Summary

To support the Radiology team in Kalispell, the full-time Imaging Scheduler will coordinate imaging appointments, assist patients with preparation, and ensure a seamless patient experience in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate imaging appointments and procedures
• Communicate with patients, providers, and the Radiology team to facilitate timely care
• Maintain accurate patient and scheduling information while managing multiple requests

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare, medical scheduling, or patient access
• Knowledge of medical terminology and strong computer skills
• Typing competency is highly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person
