Job Summary
To take ownership of the organization's immigration programs and processes, the full-time Immigration Specialist will analyze documentation for employee eligibility, develop immigration strategies, and serve as a resource for stakeholders while working remotely or in a hybrid arrangement based on location.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze documentation for current and prospective employees to assess eligibility and determine appropriate next steps
- Evaluate individual case facts and business priorities to propose immigration strategies and practical solutions
- Draft and review immigration-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with case strategy
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in business immigration and compliance practices
- Experience managing immigration petitions end-to-end, including drafting full petitions
- Ability to independently handle complex cases with sound judgment
- Proficiency with common office software; familiarity with HR systems is a plus
