Implementation Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation process for new Hedgerow customers, the full-time remote Implementation Analyst will manage customer onboarding, analyze business processes, and configure the platform to meet specific agency needs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in executing the implementation process from kickoff through go-live
- Analyze customer business processes and configure the Hedgerow platform accordingly
- Train customer teams on using Hedgerow and create custom reports using SQL
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in implementation or onboarding of SaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of data management principles and comfort working with data
- Working knowledge of SQL for queries and report writing
- Proficiency with CRM/project management tools like HubSpot or similar
- Experience using AI tools to enhance implementation processes
