Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Implementation Analyst will onboard customers by configuring their environments, managing data migrations, and ensuring successful adoption of the platform while collaborating with the go-to-market team.

Key responsibilities

• Configure customer environments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation
• Familiarity with data manipulation and transformation between systems
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in configuration tasks
