Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the onboarding process for new Employee Benefits groups in the small case market, the full-time remote Implementation Analyst will gather and validate case information, coordinate with internal partners for contract drafting and billing, and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing service for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and confirm sold case information from sales, producers, and customers
• Lead customers through contract review, billing setup, and use of service tools like AdminEase
• Bring customer insights to continuous improvement efforts and collaborate on process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of group insurance experience, including employee benefits and direct customer interaction
• Experience in project management, benefits administration, or customer service
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Familiarity with contract setup and billing processes
