Implementation Associate
Job Summary
Supporting client implementations, the remote Implementation Associate will deliver product training to end users, apply healthcare industry knowledge, and utilize strong analytical and technical skills to transform healthcare finance data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Gather a wide range of data elements from healthcare organizations by working directly with internal and external customers
- Provide product training and presentations for client end-users while advising on data transformation for insightful reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and develop junior team members
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of functional consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience with data-driven implementation projects in healthcare, including patient accounting systems like Epic or Cerner
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with BI tools, Snowflake, and SQL preferred
