Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end deployments of SaaS applications, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant will guide municipal clients through configuration, data migration, and training while acting as a project lead and product expert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technically complex or sensitive implementations across multiple departments within municipalities
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, re-engineering business processes to maximize platform value
• Architect custom system solutions and consult on data strategy to ensure long-term platform health

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of SaaS Implementation or Professional Services experience
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud environments, and data management principles
• Proficiency with implementation-related tools such as Wrike, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Jira
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management initiatives within client engagements
