Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Owning the successful delivery of customer implementations, the full-time xP&A Implementation Consultant will guide clients through process design, data modeling, and system configuration in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations, from discovery and solution design through go-live and post-launch support
- Partner with customers to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable models and planning solutions
- Own day-to-day project execution, including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication
Required qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience implementing FP&A platforms for various use cases at a software vendor or implementation partner
- Strong background in FP&A with experience in financial modeling, business analytics, or enterprise planning implementations
- Hands-on familiarity with planning and performance management platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment, Workday Adaptive, Planful)
- Strong ability to translate business needs into structured system designs and data models
- Comfort owning customer-facing projects and managing multiple workstreams in parallel
