Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the onboarding of dental and orthodontic customers, the full-time remote Implementation Solutions Consultant will manage end-to-end implementation projects, design tailored system workflows, and consult on best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for customers of varying size and complexity
• Design and configure system workflows tailored to each customer's practice model
• Consult with customers on industry best practices for dental and orthodontic practice management workflows during onboarding

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 2-4 years of experience in software implementation, preferably SaaS
• Comfort operating across both technical configuration and client-facing project management responsibilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into actionable guidance
• Self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes and drives solutions independently
