Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

To support client implementations and optimizations, the remote Implementation Consultant will manage project tasks, technical configurations, and integrations while ensuring successful transitions to new HCM platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a client-side resource for technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation during implementation projects
• Manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure successful payroll transitions and optimize system workflows
• Collaborate with clients and platform vendors to design solutions and deliver custom training to enhance technology adoption

Required qualifications:

• Expert knowledge of HRIS software platforms, particularly Paylocity, and experience with integrations and custom reporting
• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing implementation role, with a proven track record of leading projects
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer-related field
• Experience with Time & Attendance system configuration and EDI file feeds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data validation and analysis
