Job Summary
To provide ongoing consulting and implement M1 software for customers, the remote Implementation Consultant will lead customer sessions, manage project timelines, and ensure successful software deployment while adhering to the established implementation methodology.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer sessions to identify business initiatives, conduct gap analysis, and gather reporting requirements
- Implement software solutions by managing timelines, budgets, and scope while coordinating with project managers
- Perform system configuration, testing, data migration, and provide post-go-live consulting to ensure successful adoption
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in software implementation or consulting
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and industry practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance
- Certifications in technical business administration or business informatics are preferred
- Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
