Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Owning the implementation process for Logis Billing, the full-time remote Implementation Consultant will manage client onboarding from kickoff to their first clean billing cycle, ensuring data configuration, staff training, and a seamless handoff to support.

Key responsibilities

• Run each implementation by managing project timelines, conducting discovery, and identifying risks
• Configure Logis Billing according to customer needs, ensuring accurate data conversion and user acceptance testing
• Train customer staff on workflows and provide support through initial billing cycles until claims and payments are operational

Required qualifications

• Experience in billing or implementation processes, preferably in a software environment
• Strong understanding of data configuration and management related to billing systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing and training methodologies
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining communication with team members and clients
