Implementation Consultant (Golf)

Job Summary

To support customer onboarding in the golf industry, the full-time Implementation Consultant (Golf) will manage the onboarding process, conduct training, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, requiring fluency in French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct kick-off calls with customers to outline onboarding processes and manage expectations
• Schedule internal resources for project-related tasks and ensure customer training is completed
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding implementation status and updates

Required qualifications

• Experience in the golf industry or a strong passion for golf
• Proven ability to manage customer expectations through phone and email communication
• Experience in resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role
• Fluency in French and English, both verbally and in writing
• Familiarity with CRM and web-based tools for updating customer records
