Implementation Coordinator
Job Summary
Supporting the full implementation lifecycle, the full-time Implementation Coordinator will manage project plans, drive deadline accountability, and facilitate internal meetings to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support all internal aspects of new group implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Build detailed project plans and coordinate with internal departments to set realistic deadlines
- Track deliverables, follow up on missed milestones, and escalate risks to leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a health insurance or healthcare benefits environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
